How does an LED mask work?
The mask's light is absorbed by skin cells and makes them more active.
How long until I see results?
According to studies on LED light:
- After 2 to 4 weeks: first effects on radiance and blemishes.
- After 8 to 12 weeks: effects on fine lines and firmness, which take the longest.
- Frequency: 3 to 5 sessions of 10 minutes a week. Without regular use there are no results, and the effects fade if you stop.
Results vary from person to person.
How long is a session?
About 10 minutes. The mask switches off by itself at the end of the programme.
Can I use it every day?
Follow the frequency given in the instructions. Start with short sessions to see how your skin reacts.
Who should not use it?
Do not use the devices during pregnancy, if you have epilepsy or photosensitivity, or on broken skin. The massager emits microcurrents and is not recommended if you have a pacemaker or a metal implant. Never look directly at the LEDs. The full list is in the instructions.
How do the devices charge?
Both devices are wireless and battery-powered. The mask charges via USB and lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours per charge, which is several 10-minute sessions. The massager charges via USB-C. Cables are included; plug them into a computer or a USB charger (wall adapter not included).
How long does delivery take?
8 to 15 working days to France, Belgium and Luxembourg, with tracking. The duo may arrive in two parcels.
